These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Stashd, a product of Knitted Logic ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the Stashd app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Stashd is a personal productivity application designed to help you capture, organize, and retrieve digital content. You may use Stashd solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to reverse-engineer the application, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.
To use Stashd, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@stashd.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
Stashd offers a free tier with 15 captures per month and a Premium subscription with unlimited captures and advanced features. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
All content, design, code, and trademarks associated with Stashd are the property of Knitted Logic. You retain full ownership of the content you save through the app. You grant us only the limited rights necessary to process and store your content as described in our Privacy Policy.
Stashd uses Claude AI (Anthropic) to process and analyze your captured content. Processing occurs via secure cloud functions. Your content is never used to train AI models. By using the service, you consent to this processing as described in our Privacy Policy.
Stashd is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated summaries and extractions will be perfectly accurate. Use your judgment when relying on AI-processed content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Knitted Logic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Stashd, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Stashd at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use of Stashd after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
